This website is operated by Bronia West. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bronia West. Bronia West offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing a product and/or a service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Workshop Terms & Conditions
Workshop (Online or In-person) refunds will not be given for any cancellations less than 3 week prior to the start of the event. Registration to attend a Workshop may be cancelled by you at any time but refunds will not be given if notice to cancel is less than 3 full weeks.
Transfers onto alternative Workshops are not permitted.
In the event of the course organiser having to cancel the event a full refund will be reimbursed if the new date arranged is not suitable for you to attend.
No workshop can be recorded on any device either in person or online. The workshops will not be recorded and sent out to any attendees. This is for data protection and confidentially of all who are in attendance.
Each Workshop registration is for one person/device only. For Online Workshops, multiple device access is not permitted.
Weekend Group Terms & Conditions
Weekend Group refunds will not be given for any cancellations less than 3 week prior to the start of the event. Registration to attend a Weekend Group may be cancelled by you at any time but refunds will not be given if notice to cancel is less than 3 weeks.
The non refundable deposit will not be included in the refund.
Transfers onto an alternative Weekend Group are permitted if there is adequate space, this does not include the non refundable deposit.
If your chosen Weekend Group is more expensive, the difference will be required when the balance payment is due. No refunds will be given for a Weekend Group where the cost is less.
Each Weekend Group registration is for one guest booking.
Payment Information Terms & Conditions
The Bronia West website uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API, and in conjunction, your Stripe account to process credit and debit card transactions.
By using Stripe you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service – https://stripe.com/gb/legal
Bronia West shall not be liable for any payments and monetary transactions that occur through Your use of the Service. You expressly understand and agree that all payments and monetary transactions are handled by Stripe. Bronia West shall not be liable for any issues regarding financial and monetary transactions between You and any other party, including Stripe.
You are responsible for all transactions (one-time, recurring, and refunds) processed through the Service and/or Stripe. Bronia West is not liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed with Your Stripe account. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If You process a transaction, it is Your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed.
Bronia West uses the Stripe API to run the Service and that the Stripe API is subject to change at any time and such changes may adversely affect the Service. Bronia West are not liable for any adverse effects that actions (whether intentional or unintentional) on the part of Stripe may cause to Your Stripe account, or Your business.
You must not process stolen credit cards, or unauthorized credit cards through Stripe.
All transaction information passed between Bronia West and Stripe’s systems is encrypted using 256-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. No information passed to Stripe’s servers can be examined, used, or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
